OUR VISION

An equitable future for STEM education, where all youth have access to hands-on opportunities in STEM and can become future leaders in STEM.

OUR CORE BELIEFS

The Power of Robotics

We believe robotics is the most powerful learning tool in STEM. Robotics is not just about developing coding and engineering skills. By working with peers to solve abstract challenges, students become better problem solvers, team players, and communicators—skills that will benefit them in any future pursuit. Plus, robotics is fun and hands-on, helping students learn hard and soft skills without even knowing it.

Access For All

Our partners receive all equipment, supplies, and assistance with club leadership in one streamlined package. This avoids thousands of dollars in costs while also saving the headaches of initiating and coordinating a new program.

Recovering Educational Resources

Every year, hundreds of FIRST LEGO League teams dissolve, leaving hundreds of thousands of dollars of gently-used robotics kits without a home. We repurpose these robotics kits, which might otherwise end up abandoned in closets or even landfills, for educational equity.

Engaging Diverse Communities

Too often differences in socioeconomic status, location, and age divide us. By employing Tulane University students, we bridge this divide and strengthen mutual understanding between Tulane and the New Orleans locals that most Tulane students never meet.
